Cheerleaders Trash Their Prom Dresses Too!

The term Trash the Dress no longer applies only to Brides doing magazine-style photo shoots in their wedding gowns a few weeks after their vows are said and done. Nope! High school seniors are pulling their prom dresses out from the back of their closets, "trashing" them in vibrant photo shoots equally reminisce of models lounging in magazine fashion spreads.

Of course you don't have to go as far as literally lighting your dress on fire or ripping the it to shreds with a chainsaw during the shoot, (Though that might be fun!) essentially the term just means that you do things that you'd never be brave enough to do in your prom or wedding dress for fear of ruining your gown before you're crowned Queen of the prom or say your "I Do's."

There may be a little wear and tear on the gown, but it's served it's purpose, so the photos are for you to have fun. What better way to immortalize the gown? It sure beats stuffing it into the back of your closet. Some of the most stunning photos of couples come out of these shoots too, as the pressure of the wedding is in the past.
